Sakura Taisen Farewell Concert $10?

I just read about the Funimation panel at Big Apple Anime Fest and it said that they have liscensed the Sakura Wars Farewell Concert anime and that it will for $9.99 under the condition that it be called Sakura Taisen Farewell Concert instead of the english version of the name. Was that just a typo or is it for real? Didn't the disc for that one come with all sorts of little extras and stuff in Japan?
