I don't really mind them dubbing Excalibur Academy, but Farm-Related Skills? Really? That sounds like a complete waste of time and resources…

The viewership on their streaming app must have actually been pretty decent for them to dub it.

Shadow is a special case because the show was probably completed months before it started streaming.

Helck is currently the 24th most popular show on HIDIVE. An English dub is pretty much guaranteed.

Um… what exactly were you expecting? Same-day dubs aren't exactly an easy task to accomplish, especially for Hidive. Regardless, it's not like this alone proves they'll never try it again someday.

Same day dubbing is only really possible when the anime is finished ahead of time. That was the case with Eminence of the Shadow 2, but definitely isn't the case with a lot of anime. Not even Crunchyroll or Netflix would be able to simuldub all of their big show, especially when some of those big shows are only finished hours before broadcasting.

So by that logic, everything else in the top 25 is guaranteed for a dub then? How exactly do you find this info anyway?
