Probably little to none. I remember looking up the Memories series last year and couldn't find any that had been officially localized yet. But if Witch on the Holy Night and Tsukihime can get official English localizations along with physical releases then anything is possible, lol

Witch on the Holy Night and Tsukihime are TypeMoon properties which has a big fandom in the west so I don't think it's a surprise they're getting English localizations. The Memories Off franchise doesn't have that same reputation. Plus, IIRC, it's more of a dating sim esque game so it's a bit harder to market although If My Heart Had Wings did get a (bad) English localization. Some of Navel's titles had English releases, too, so maybe there's some hope. Personally, I'm waiting for the remake of Sore wa Maichiru Sakura no Yōni.

The Western visual novel market is super weird. There's a lot of H-visual novels on Steam but I don't know how well they sell at all if they do.

If My Heart Had Wings has patches to fix the localization. I'm the primary buyer of eroge in North America after getting into them back in 2021. Currently working on Grisaia: Phantom Trigger 8 before I start the new Grisaia: Chronos Rebellion. I need me some more Michiru ASAP.

Plus Nasu from Type-Moon would have never localized those novels if he hadn't been pressured into it. He's a big xenophobic.
