I wonder if it's just a coincidence that the Japanese title for symphony of the night also uses Nocturne.

My expectations are hopeful but tempered, since they did fire the writer for his laundry list of transgressions (and he was the reason the writing of S3 and 4 was so terrible) but Rondo and Symphony are the most beloved games in the series, I would say. Expectations will be very high.

Cool, despite some hiccups here and there the original series was a great romp and look forward to the new one. Richter and Maria in the French Revolution has great potential

I don't have high hopes for this since I didn't care for the first series due to it being so dethatched and different from the games, but maybe without Warren Ellis in charge this time it can be more accurate.

Yeah,it sucks there was no Grant just because Ellis didn't like him and didn't want to use him.
Hopefully they don't remove characters from Rondo/Symphony for those reasons again

Seems like a prequel to Rondo. LoS 1 is the only CV game with ok writing so there was no lore or plot for Ennis to ruin. I played racing game with more coherent writing than classic CV. Ennis made something out of nothing. Rest in piss Warren.
