Strange, but whatever it is it doesn't seem to affect everyone, just tried and the article shows fine on my desktop as well as cellular(firefox) logged in/out, even after cache cleared. Works fine through vpn too(used US connection).
Edit; Just to be sure, tried different browsers(firefox/chrome)(phone:chrome/firefox/samsung), ublock enabled/disabled, no issues either. Nor is the article region specific.
