Please Disney pick this up in Europe instead of Netflix. The latter almost never simulcasts but just drops all episodes a few months later, i hate that.

This is a Viz sublicense though. Netflix will simulcast this in those regions Viz covered (which doesn't include Europe).

I don't think it necessarily proves anything, but I'm pretty positive it will get dubbed. Has there even been a time where Viz never dubbed certain shows, aside from the original dub of The Prince of Tennis?

Very interesting to see Viz also sublicense the ZOM 100 anime to Netflix considering their partnership with Hulu/Disney+ to have some of their anime such as the Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War to exclusively stream on those services (and also Funimation/Crunchyroll). Still it is a surprise for Viz Media to also give it to Netflix considering that Netflix is preparing for their own Live-action series on the service.

There’s Genie Family, Viz licensed that anime 4-5 years ago and I haven’t heard ANY news from Viz themselves if that anime will be dubbed or not.

Wasn't expecting Netflix. Hope the release goes off without a hitch...simulcast might be a dream, but I hope for it.

Probably not initially but it'll probably be one of those show they eventually release a dub for after the whole season has aired. Or maybe like Vinland Saga where they do it intermittently.

Instead of Hulu or Disney+ or even Netflix, how about Viz try the largest video streaming service? You know, YT? If they did, in theory there would be fewer region-locking issues.

Because YT does not pay license fees.
