Yeah this is definitely the Estab-Life sequel film they originally announced to be releasing this year, considering the main character here is the same one they previously announced: animenewsnetwork.com/news/2022-06-22/estab-life-revengers-road-anime-film-reveals-trailer-2023-debut/.186943

They simply re-titled the movie but aren't really keeping it a secret when the main cast of the show pop up quickly in the trailer.
