The manga is generic but fun, so I expect the same from the anime.

Yep, it hammers all the isekai tropes in your face without mercy... MC only needed to be hit by a truck, or pushed in front of a train after stopping the crime there in Japan. xD
Other than that... OP MC needs to hide his true powers not to de-stabilize a nation, looks like a shota, will get a harem, etc etc. Goes to school and tries to behave normally not to get noticed, but gets noticed anyways.
What else will likely be there? Some guy from nobility getting unreasonably angry and harassing him for being more powerful despite being "just a commoner", who will eventually get beaten senseless. Everyone will weirdly underestimate his power even though he uses it right in front of them. He'll eventually fail in hiding his power because he needs to use it to defend the poor, powerless, downtrodden and whatnot.
Could be that he uses his memories of past life to make stuff that will always baffle people, perhaps not.
People will watch it while begrudging how formulaic it is.
It's our bread and butter.

Looks pretty standard but could also be pretty fun.
Seems like he was killed as a high school student before being reincarnated?

The MC is a noble. It says it right there in the series description.

True, but the story actually does have a higher rank noble that gets unreasonably upset with Caine due to him being just a lower rank noble, so the end result is the same.
