Considering how good the animation is, I assumed the wait would be longer.

I can't wait to see how Suletta's rescue of Miorine will affect their relationship. At 24 episodes I think this is the shortest Gundam Series next to G-Reco that has been made. I miss the days when Gundam series were 49-50 episodes (last series being Gundam AGE). They could've at least given Suiei no Majo the Gundam 00 treatment and told a 50-episode story in 2 parts.

Fun trivia: in one of the MajoRaji episodes, hosted by Lynn and Ichinose Kana (seiyuu for Miorine and Suletta), Lynn mentioned watching the show in English and enjoying seeing it in translation, and the first thing Ichinose wanted to know was how what "Suletta wasuretta" became in English. Very Happy

Do we know it's only 2 cours? I mean, I assume it is, but I don't think there was an official announcement... or did I miss something? I wouldn't be surprised if they had planned for two cours at the start, with the intention of extending it depending on how popular it is.

This anime slaps.
It's gonna smash the competition!
spoiler[Then laugh innocently at the carnage it leaves in its wake.]

...Jokes aside, I'm getting worrying vibes from the writing. I like dark twists, but I absolutely hate dark twists for melodrama, without substance. There's a lot that can be gained from the cliffhanger at the end of season one, but I have no idea if this anime intends to deliver on that or not. It's not that I think it won't, though... I'm just getting weird vibes at this point telling me to be weary.
