Unless you're immune to electric shocks yeah pretty much.
I'm guessing this is a Coke brand coffee over there? Like how Suntory has Boss coffee and distributes Pepsi.

That would be correct, Georgia Cofee is from the Japanese division of Coca-Cola.
I may be mistaken, but the actor in this commercial looks like it could be the same actor for the Urusei Yatsura-themed Tokyo Gas commercial from 2019.

Georgia-branded coffee drinks have been a huge seller in Japan for decades. It is one reason Coke keeps tinkering with canned coffee drinks in the US: they would dearly love to emulate that success and market share here.

I would hope so. I mean the glass kind is pretty popular here but I think green wise cans are better. I've had some of the Rainbow Boss coffee and besides costing quite a bit for a case of 6oz cans it was better then the stuff I usually have.
