He thinks he'll be HAL 9000. What he'll actually get is a little animated .gif that repeats two or three lines like in that one episode of Max Headroom. Which happens to be the only episode I saw more than five minutes of when it ran on Sci-Fi or wherever some years ago.
Interesting idea, but I can't see it being anything more than a glorified chatbot that might happen to preserve a few idiosyncratic turns of phrase.

Sorry, Kojima.
Love your games, but technology in real world simply isn't as advanced as in them.
- There are things in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, which happens in the 70s, that we are still decades from being able to make.

Its a bit like CGP Grey saying he doesnt want to be remembered in 100 years, he wants to be alive. Sadly their blind faith in the march of technology and the fallacy of Moore's Law somehow equally progress in all science has proved fruitless.
That said I would not be surprised if they could make an AI make approximations and averages of his works at least in brief text concepts. But it will not be him and his madcap imagination. Just a replica of his previous works.

Kojima (after death): 70% of my body was once made of movies. 100% of my body is made of AI.
