I saw that Tapas is giving the characters Korean names instead of using the original Japanese ones. It looks like they're basing their localization on the Korean translation of the series.

I thought that in this case the Korean version was actually published first and is technically the original.

My guess is that it's easier for them to translate Korean to English since that's predominantly what they license. Whatever Japanese content I've seen from them has been licensed from another English publisher.
