It's great to see this Advance Wars back, but I don't like the redrawn artwork and the 3D models aren't as good looking as the pixelart from the GBA in my opinion. But at least it has voice acting and more content. I just hope it's a success and lets Nintendo know that Advanced Wars is still a game series with as much potential as Fire Emblem.

Also not a fan of the art style. I'll still get it for the multiplayer and just to play it on Switch, but I do wish they kept the sprites.

I’m iffy on the redrawn art too but I’m glad they didn’t.

That's not at all the art I remember from the GBA games, but it has been a very long time since I played it.

I've played the GBA version on a large HD TV- these new graphics are fine.
Better.
So much better...
