I believe this site's admin said you aren't really allowed to go into exploring Watsuki's crimes anymore in these articles.
But I think it's fair to ask if this kind of news means further Kenshin media is back on track for localizations. Because last I checked, Viz was pretty uncertain about it.

Not in this context, this is more FUNimation's loss since they had the first 3 films.
