Well that's unexpected. I was wondering why it was taking so long for them to reveal info about season 3. Turns out they're going the movie route instead. Although I would have much prefered a regular third season over a movie.

Naofumi is on the poster. There were also cameos from Cautious Hero. I'm gonna guess there's a good chance some other Isekai titles might also wind up having cameos in the movie. Assuming they keep with just Kadokawa titles, that could mean So I'm A Spider, So What?, Sword Art Online, and maybe No Game No Life might also make appearances. |

Of those three, I think only Kumo from So I'm a Spider is likely. Which will be really funny to sees since her VA is already voicing characters in Isekai Quartet |

Lmao this is the best news, while I was expecting another season but a movie?! This is going to be a BIG movie, might just be the biggest anime crossover movie I have seen a long time. So much cast involve....

I'm happy we're getting more of course, but I'd rather it be a 3rd season. I wonder how well this will as a movie compared to the tv format, especially since it was half-length at that
