As someone who is a big fan of Fate and especially the Emiya Gohan spinoff, I was incredibly happy with the game! I know it's not very well-made or anything, but seeing these characters just talk about food and then play Cooking Mama-style minigames was literally everything I could have wanted and more lmao

Damn, you don't want to summon this game for a Grail War with stats like those.

Instead of visual novel localization, we get this shitty game.

Don't forget, if this shitty game does badly, then the US team will use the sales to think that we don't want a fate localization.

I really loved the anime and manga but really disappointed it was for the Switch only, when I don’t have one. So… I guess it’s a good thing that I can’t get it if it’s so terrible. Talk about disappointing too.

Regardless, of whether that's true or not (and I doubt it is) that's still a terrible incentive to buy a game that was poorly made.

I'm just wondering how this game compares to Cooking Mama Cookstar?

Absolutely everybody who knows anything about VNs knows that a Fate VN getting an official localization would be the hottest thing on the market. The only reason you don't see any is because either Type Moon is unwilling to license them out or nobody is willing to pay what the license would cost. A bad spinoff game getting bad reviews is going to have zero impact on that.

Also case in point when Tsukihime and Melty Blood: Type Lumia was announced, guess which one got announced for a worldwide release! (Why, Type Moon, why?)
