Is it just me or is this really the first time there are no Index books in the Top 10?

Shūeisha's Jump j Books' official account says that the way to read the '北國' part of the name '北國ばらっど' is 'きたぐに (Kitaguni)'. https://note.com/jump_j_books/n/n3ba0ba67f13f And I don't know whether the author has already decided the official way to transliterate the 'ばらっど' part into the Latin alphabet, but generally speaking, 'ばらっど' is a way to transliterate the word 'ballad' into kana. |

What a boring list.
But hey, at least it (mostly) isn't isekai. |

It's been a long while since Index doesn't make these top 10s, iirc. Going through the links on the articles themselves, the last time was in 2017 animenewsnetwork.com/news/2017-06-01/top-selling-light-novels-in-japan-by-series-2017/.116866 and that was in the 29th spot for the series |

"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" is still going strong it seems. Good news for us.
