I like the idea of little anime news network merch.
For the mug I'd really like to push for the full "Anime News Network" name being on the back. With the abbreviation, since my name is "Angie" I can just see someone asking me why I have a monogrammed mug with "Ann" on it

Unfortunately I don't drink coffee and have more than enough mugs for the random cup of tea. A Tee shirt might be nice, large enough to be used as a sleep shirt.

Love the ideas for mugs and t-shirts.
Stickers (especially water-proof ones) might be easier for people to spend a few quick bucks on. |

I don't think anyone is getting stickers that say "ANN" when they can easily get stickers of their favorite characters instead. |

Not my thing, but how about shot glasses or sake cups. Or even beer mugs.
(*I* have a thing for branded office products - pens, memo pads, etc., but that's just me). |

Perhaps the type of tea cups used in Japan. There are probably many useful things that are common in Japan that would be exotic and useful here that would also be appropriate to ANN.
