The description for these are wrong. The image is correct, but the person writing the article has switched the voice actors around. It should read:

Shouta Aoi as Fish Eye, Satoshi Hino as Tiger's Eye, and Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Hawk's Eye.

I personally really like the character designs for the Amazon Trio and the VAs they chose for them. Though it's kind of random to think of the voice actor for Yuri Katsuki is now playing Hawkseye. It seems like we've suddenly getting more character design reveals lately. I hope we'll get to see what the Amazoness Quaret, Zirconia, and Nehelenia look like soon. To be honest, I do have a bit of a crush on Fisheye.

Alright that enough "backstories"/dreaming for one day(in my head).

Congrats to Shotan! As Zeino mentioned above, Ishida's Fish Eye definitely left an impression on him, so I'm glad he's getting the chance to voice the role.
