10 minutes with commercial doesn't leave a lot of room.
My first guess would've been one of the Baja no Studio shorts (nothing else really screams "Special" )but it would be weird to air one and not the other, at this point. Maybe Totsukuni no Shoujo if there's no commercial.
Could be something completely new, of course. Some people theorizing a "prologue" for Uzumaki.

I saw what appeared to be a clip from another Rick and Morty animated short in their teaser promo for con night, so it's probably something along those lines.

I just hope that AT&T will update their channel guide. Last time they didn't I missed a couple of shows. (Yes, I have already watched all of this either on stream or Blu-Rei, but I want to support anime on TV)

Or Bru-lay as some Japanese companies were calling it in the early years of the format.

Because it's a Williams Street™ original "anime" ?
You know kinda like hwo for a long while the shared AdultSwim/Toonami block had stuff like The Boondocks, SpaceGhost CTC, Harvey Birdman and Squidbillies.
