Perhaps some wisdom learned by Cruchyroll in the aftermath of the FuniRoll partnership break-up. License some series with VIZ, some with Sentai and maybe others with someone else. But don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Glad to see this one get a home release, something to look forward to.

No way! Cinderella Nine is one of my favorite shows from this year. Thank you Sentai for licensing this anime. On another note, I am happy to see Sentai licensing more anime streaming on Crunchyroll.

Even as someone who loves baseball anime (and not just Adachi stuff, Princess Nine, Major, Taisho Baseball Girls, and One Outs, were all great shows for me) I got absolutely nothing out of this show.

I thought Cinderella Nine was a good show and it was the first baseball anime that I watched until the end.

Not really trying to start a fight but I really dont think this is a wisdom learned situation necessarily. Not because they did or didn't get burned by funimation but rather because they purposely held onto certain shows from ever being dubbed anyways despite them airing during the period of cooperation (example laid back camp and somevothers).

As someone who loves baseball anime, I thought Hachi9 is the most closest to Field of Dreams, conceptually. That said it's kind of a clunky late night anime and very different than One Outs (I didn't think this was really about baseball) or Major (another show I can't get into). It's much less ambitious than the average Adachi story (but I was only able to finish Cross Game and Mix) but that's great for new viewers or casual people who can't afford the time and emotional investment.
