I've said this elsewhere but Frank Welker's tenure as Fred from Scooby Doo has been longer but maybe it doesn't count since it's not one long tv series and Kiyoshi Kobayashi has been voicing Jigen from Lupin III from 1969 as well but that was in a pilot. His first appearance in a tv series was 1971.
All are acting as the characters in the present. |
