It’s not the ninth chapter, it’s the seventh. The Fuyuki chapter is the prologue chapter, and even if you count it as the first, Babylonia would be the eighth.
Edit: I rechecked it and the scene itself takes place within the ninth chapter of Babylonia, not of Grand Order as a whole.

I saw that early when it blew up on Twitter, but I'll say it again here: that animation is amazing. I also love the little detail of Mash princess carrying Gudako as they run away. Definitely wish this person luck and I hope they find success.
