It looks a lot like a game series that From Software made called Armoured Core, it was before the Souls games blew up, it was like there bread and butter series, though I doubt this version will be as technical.

And you can tell just by seeing WIP footage?
At first I thought it was going to be some direct sequel to Xenoblade Chronicles X. Glad it's an original title that's more action oriented instead.

It looks like Armored Core 4 and For Answer.

Yeah, mecha design is almost 1:1 identical to classic Armored Core. Thankfully it looks like it might actually have decent combat (something AC never managed).
Kinda wish they’d shared more info about it. Customization? Story/mission structure? Premise?
