I wouldn't count it out yet! There just happens to be a nice shiny 12:30 AM timeslot on 5/5-5/6 that would be an ideal spot for this show...

Always happy to see Lucien Dodge in my dubs! Also, I'm pretty impressed with the voices they chose (with the exception of Rem--too little screentime to judge); they don't sound a whole lot like their Japanese counterparts (and Log Horizon proved that's not always a bad thing) but they sound plenty fitting all the same. Looking forward to picking this up!

This is sounding pretty good so far. I look forward to rewatching the show with the dub once part 2 is released.

I'm not so sure. Toonami is an action block first and foremost, and while there are action-packed moments, Re:Zero is better known as a thriller, as well as being too otaku-ish for the Western block (which is probably why ACMI has never been on it). It would still be awesome, but I'd rather that slot go to another show (*cough* MHA *cough*).

a dub that didn't make me cringe! imagine that!
I'm happy as long as it comes out.. been waiting on this long enough. and at least now I can tell some of my dub only buddies that they can pull their heads out of the sand now and watch it.
