I personally think that the anime looks and feels much more interesting than Puzzle & Dragons X. The character designs look real nice and the tournament-based premise sounds cool. At least to me. Some of the elements are pretty typical, though. Taiga's voice sounds unoriginal, and of course, Dragon has a verbal tic (I'm not sure if it's "nyan" or "yan") since he's obviously the anime's mascot.

Wow, never heard that goal before. It sure doesn't sound like Valt Aoi, Ash Ketchum, or Lute's goals.
Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to watching it in April. I might enjoy it.

If it gets licensed at all, Crunchyroll is more likely. I don't know if FUNimation would want it, too. Puzzle & Dragons X's dub seemingly didn't get much online traffic. It's probably not selling particularly well on DVD/BD, either.

Ehh... yeah, I dunno. Seems like a step down from the previous series.
