It should be noted that this movie is getting an English dub, as confirmed by WTK here, which surprises me since there isn't one for Kiba Gaiden.

The previous series release didn't get a dub. Seems a bit inconsistant, but maybe it would have been too expensive to dub the series.

^Kiba is a 45-minute V-Cinema special and if that not getting dubbed has to do with the show then dubbing Red Requiem makes even less sense because it's a sequel to the same series and is also the setup to it's second season Makai Senki.
