Ah, that key visual definitely gives me some Trigger vibes.

The music in the CM is great. Sawano talent right there. I hope this will be good.

Glad I'm not the only one who heard some Sawano in there. Has the musical composer been revealed yet? I would love to hear Sawano work with Trigger again - Kill la Kill had an amazing OST!

Alright, a release date. Maybe now we can get a good mecha show after the dumpster fire that is Voltron on Netflix.

I am very excited for this series, and am so happy to have an air date for this one; at least as long as everything goes okay and they don't have to pull a Granblue Fantasy on us.

I'm really looking forward to another new mecha IP coming out, and hope that this one is far more successful than the others that have attempted to enter the arena in recent years (ID-0, Active Raid, etc.)

Here's to hoping Netflix won't take this!

Judging from their twitter, it looks like Aniplex USA has taken this one up already. So it should end up just about everywhere for Simulcast unless something unprecedented happens.

The mech designs kind remind me of the mechs in Star Driver.

Damn I was hoping FuniRoll would get this so it would get a simuldub. Regardless I'm looking forward to this. Trigger is always a studio I am eager to see new works from.

This.

Knowing Trigger, I wonder what the battles will be like though. ...Wait, there will be action scenes right? Shocked

"Hiroyuki Imaishi (director of Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill) is supervising the action."

From the article. It was near the bottom, so some may have missed it, but yes, there definitely will be action.

I'm getting the Star Driver vibe too. I hope it is equally as awesome. This project looks and sounds very promising.

I'm sure the battles will look great with Imaishi behind them. I really liked his handling of the CG action in the Black Rock Shooter TV anime.

Shigeto Koyama designed the mecha in both shows.

Thank you for mentioning this. His designs are weird, but I think this guy deserves more credit.

Well then that explains it. I personally love the mech design in Star Driver.
