Nozawa only voiced the 1968 version, other versions were done by Keiko Toda (1985), Yoko Matsuoka (1996) and Minami Takayama (2007).

She also voiced him in the 1970s color series and the 2008 Hakaba Kitarou. Funny fact: Nozawa was not allowed to voice Kitarou for the 1985 series because she had just been cast as Son Gokuu in Dragon Ball. At the time, Fuji TV refused to have an actor starring in two series at the same time. |

A Yo-kai Watch and Kitaro crossover is now official!
Oh, so that's why she didn't reprise her role as Kitaro in the 1985 series! I was assuming that she declined to reprise her role or something. |

Usually I don't care for Yokai-Watch,but I was interested in this movie because its darker.But after this article,I'm actually really hyped!.
