Enough with licensing anime, Netflix, unless you do a weekly stream to all countries.

They say coming 2018, but who even knows when in 2018? It probably won't even be available to the rest of the world until several months after it's finished airing.
I like the idea of Netflix funding anime, but not the idea of them licensing exclusive anime.

I don't even know if they will be broadcast at all. They didn't announce the details for this one but it looks like some of their other announcements could be true Netflix Originals with their premiere being when it is put on Netflix in its entirety.

Once again, Finis is best girl. I shall watch this for Finis (while also seeing how Konomi does in her first voice role).

Funding is great if they can get more dubs out, more territories, and even give the dub VA a bit better pay. However, the binge-watching approach (assuming it's a TV series) is not. Here's an idea, Netflix: if you don't go with the uncut and weekly simulcast approach, how about waiting until a show is finished airing in Japan to license it? Alternatively, you help fund the show but a company like Funi is the actual distributor (home video and streaming).
