That was my first thought, too. A very similar show called Assy McGee premiered...I don't remember how many years ago, but I'm pretty sure it predates the book this is based on. I don't think this is intentionally using a similar idea, though. It'd be a very odd thing to rip off (and not something I'm entirely sure ever made it to Japan, to begin with). |

Much as I'd love to make this the butt of a joke, it looks pretty cute. Brown is adorable & I like the Phantom Thief U(nko). I would totally watch this.
