Shannon Fay is listed as "adaptation" in my copy of "orange". Amber Tamosaitis is listed as the translator in my copy of the book.

Seriously, this is a really good set of nominees. I haven't read a couple of them (yet?) but I'm personally rooting for Princess Jellyfish here. However, it wouldn't be all that upsetting if any of the others won.

Totally agree, these are great choices. I'm also rooting for Princess Jellyfish, but I have a good feeling about Punpun, if anyone's doing a betting pool.

Wandering Island, how did that happen? It just got a 2nd volume though, after 7 years in publication...
The rest are a bit predictable but these are the Eisners for you. The Osamu Tezuka Story is the cliche choice, unless they go Goodnight Punpun. The nominated volumes are the best after all.

A manga about Tezuka gets this nomination but not a manga about or by Shotaro Ishinomori? That is whack. If Tezuka was the God of Manga, then Ishinomori was the closest to God.

Wow, agreed on the great choices. That's cool~.
I would love if Princess Jellyfish got it, but I'm kind of rooting for Orange. It's just great to get the nomination though, as more attention can be brought to it. It's a very valuable for teens especially nowadays, I think.
I need to remember to check out the Punpun manga.
