Pretty decent sales numbers overall, and a sizable profit margin to boot. But we'll probably still hear the people who hate Nintendo talk about how the company is still failing and should go third-party.

It amazes me every time I hear it that BotW has a >100% attach rate on the Switch.

I'm definitely one of the poeple who brought BoTW but don't have a switch yet because it's sold out everywhere. Can't wait to pop it in whenever I get the system.

Not bad for a console with only one good game going for it at the moment.

to be fair I wouldn't mind to see Mario and Zelda show up on Playstation, Xbox, and Steam like Sonic did

Yeah, I find that to be quite strange, but I'm guessing some people got the game in anticipation of getting a Switch later. (I'm actually one of the people who got a Switch but doesn't have Breath of the Wild.)

Puyo Puyo Tetris is wonderful and I have no regrets about getting it on release. I'm sure Super Bomberman R is great too, as I've heard good things about it and its content updates, but I haven't played it yet.

I wonder how many were sold on the Wii U? (I own Botw on the Wii U and bought the expansion pack/DLC, I don't have a switch yet)
Don't forget the upcoming DLC is coming out winter? 2017 holiday that adds a new dungeon and new story content. So I wonder how well the dlc and Wii U ver sells?
I imagine some people bought two or more copies of the game. I know there's the exorbitant packages are available: a $99.99 Special Edition and a $129.99 Master Edition.

Are you telling us that you can't do simple math regarding how much the Wii U version sold when you have all the information available in the article if you actually read it?
