I'm sure they wanted to see more, but that seems pretty good for 2nd generation technology looking for a larger foothold in the market. Between PSVR, Oculus, and Vive there are probably 2 million VR headsets in households in their first real year of sales.

I have had my Playstation VR for a little over a week.
Overall, the experience is pretty amazing.
Though you can tell that the software developers are themselves learning what works and what only kind of works in a VR game.
The 'experience' type games (those with very little game to speak of) have been more impressive to me.
I have no doubt that soon a truly amazing game will exist for this, or may already exist and I have not found it yet. It has only been a week!

If you get a chance to demo it, do so.

There goal was 1 million by mid April which they are likely to hit,

Plus the main issue is stocking it, the thing is usually sold out everywhere with it going for 500 plus even for the non package on ebay.

I don't understand this statement.. what were you expecting? I've had the privilege to both demo and use the device at a buddies house. Lots of the titles out currently have an initial wow factor but after some time they do get kinda boring.

I haven't dipped into this yet because there are no titles currently that interested me to take the plunge. I am currently waiting on Ace Combat 7.. hopefully!

For a peripheral that is both insanely expensive and primarily relies on tech demos for its library, this is pretty good sales wise.
