Not that the two websites cross-featuring names doesn't already make it obvious, but both sites were also registered on the same day (7.Oct) by MAGES Inc. The html code layout is very similar, and the artist for both charactes is the same (links to large images used by the sites): Rin Finis.

It is possible that they are the same series but showing 2 main characters. The Yukari character got my attention because of the plot.
