If you want the same story as they used in Kimi no na wa just watch spoiler[korean movie Il Mare (2000) or american remake named The Lake House (2006)]. You're welcome.

^Um, that's kinda spoiler-y dude. And aside from one key aspect, they don't have almost anything in common.

Source: I saw the movie at its premiere at Anime Expo 2016.

Looks like "your name's" conquered South Korea and Taiwan. Will America be too far off? Let's hope not. It sounds like a good film to me and I hope it does well here,too. Which I think it will.
