What?! Yaaaas! Before the season, I never knew I would want to watch a puppet show, let alone two seasons of it. Can't wait for the season finale.

OMG I never expected it with those abysmal home video sales but thank you!!!! I'm absolutely in love with the series, it's way more fun than it had any right to be. I'm really excited for the season finale *----*

Well, it wasn't about the sales in Japan from the beginning. Main auditory of the show was in the home country, Taiwan, and they seems to very like it.

Well... this was not something I was expecting. At least not so soon. But I'm stoked for this nonetheless. When I said I'd be down for watching more Taiwanese-puppet-fantasy-anime in the future, I wasn't bluffing.

OOOOH YEAH!
Just watched the final and while it seemed rushed I am so glad that we'll get to see the future endeavors of Sho and Lin!

I felt like it had a no sequel or sequel type of ending, as in it had more to offer but could also be left at that. it will be interesting seeing the roles reversed with Lǐn Xuě Yā and Shāng Bù Huàn. With the later being the leader and the former being the tag along.

Yes! This show grew on me. It took me over half the season to get used to the Chinese names more than the puppets themselves. But now the craziness will continue and I'm all for it.

I imagine it was also cheap as f*** to produce, with the majority of the costs probably coming from Urobuchi, Sawano, and the seiyu. 1000k sales in Japan probably paid for the whole thing, and then you tack on Taiwan and the international markets and this is an obvious success.

While I find that portions of the show were disappointing due to the slow pace, I find the show to be worth the time of watching and an overall fun adventure.
I'm happy that it sold well enough to get a sequel, hopefully the pace will be better and the action even better

Urobuchi was the main initiator behind the show from the beginning, so you can throw him out from the costs.

Loved it and glad it's coming back for another season. I'd love to see it get a home release with some deep behind-the-scenes stuff.
