Looking at the two future images in the 2nd omnibus, towards the front of the book, I see Suwa holding a baby in both of them (the colour one without Kakeru, and the image made up of mostly orange line work that has Kakeru). So, to me, it looks like Suwa wins regardless (as I assume the mother's the same).
Would love for this spin off to get a release in English. I do wonder if Seven Seas will try and get it. While it seems like Orange did well for them (judging this mostly on them picking up Dreamin' Sun), unsure if they would be getting any spin off material.
But, I really hope they do!

Seems entirely unnecessary. What's the point in this spin-off? Suwa's probably the one who regrets Kakeru's fate the most given that he feels like he was the only one who knew about Naho's feelings and sorta 'stole' her from him, but that already gets explored enough in Present-Suwa's actions, I feel.
