Ahahahaha!
And it's great to see that the people working on this really love the original material.

Well Darn. Was hoping there would be more dialogue from Nagasaki and Okamura, but that's okay, I guess. Chris and Justin are great too, they just don't have the same kind of insider knowledge that I was looking for and I don't watch dubs.

I have my nitpicks regarding the anime but I still find the way the studio decided to go about with this series interesting if nothing else. I'm looking forward to whatever improvements they decide to make in season two (which I assume will be next year or something?) Since there should be a lot more things cooler things to animate and hopefully, some of that Bones flare that felt so lacking in season 1 will show up a little more.

So the second season will start in spring season 2017?

Seeing as most anime are based on either manga or light novels, shouldn't it be an easy enough thing to get this kind of foresight from the original material? (Well, maybe not if the source material for a certain series hasn't got an English translation for them to refer to, or if it's one of those rare anime originals, but still.)

With how busy a lot of people in the dubbing industry are, most only have time to simply watch the anime they're involved in and leave it at that. A lot even comment that they like being surprised by the anime and don't want to be spoiled on what happens in the future. And unless they as involved with the anime as they were for Dimension W, Funimation may not be allowed to have an "inside look" on what to expect in an anime they're doing a broadcast dub for, for whatever reason.
Though it appears that this isn't the case for Hero Academia's dub because Collen Clinkenbeard stated in a "Behind the scenes" video that she knows who the "mastermind" of the villains is, and that something you wouldn't know unless you read the manga.
