I'm actually surprised by that but I definitely enjoyed it.

I really liked BBK/BNRK and it was probably my favorite show of last season, but I thought that it would have a harder time pleasing fans due to its style in terms of storytelling, CG animation (very 2D-inspired, unlike most), and ambition. Granted, it is a small poll and I tend to disregard most of these types, but to see the series rank #1 on anything positive (and for being "most satisfying") is a little nice to see…

Did the poll have a troll off, I enjoyed both BBK and Konosuba but I am going to have to agree with the sentiment that the poll "might not be accurate" to actual viewer consensus.

Well, I'm not going to argue about the overall quality of BBK/BBNK, but it was satisfying as all hell. Enteis forst battle, Oubus transformation, when Azuma and that American guy had a fist fight, ring guy VS gun guy, the AWESOME final episode... 100% satisfaction.

What?....Well, it definitely did not make mine. Something that's incomplete doesn't satisfy me. The last couple episodes were definitely better story-wise than the rest of the show though.

Ajin was the best of winter for me. Though it's probably one of my favourites in general.
Quick edit: Now that I think about it, Ajin was the only anime I watched over winter anyway so I can't really say much about the rest xD

While I do agree wholeheartedly, I'm shocked that there were that many people who felt the same. Pretty satisfying.

This seems like a protest vote more than anything as if to say this season was so all around awful that were just gonna vote some random show to the top. Realistically the only thing I plan on finishing is Rakugo which I'll catch up on before the second season comes out, but other than that just blah

Hmm I just couldn't get into the pacing of the show personally. It's cool for the people that enjoyed the show to know they are not alone tho.

I know everyone has their own opinions, but I really have to disagree with last season "winter" being all around awful. I personally really enjoyed Erased, KonoSuba, Grimgar. And in general I had some just casual fun with Dagashi Kashi, Four Rhythm, and Pandora in the Crimson Shell. Plus there are some other shows my friends enjoyed like Phantom World, not really for me but I can respect their opinion.
Only anime I personally just didn't like at all were Girls Beyond the Wasteland, Phantasy Star Online 2 the animation, and Luck and Logic. I have no opinion on Prince of Stride, but I know a friend that normally loves anime like that couldn't finish it.
All around tho I think Winter season was pretty solid, and I just find that people sometimes take anime seasons way to seriously. Plus people have the habit of insulting an anime if they just didn't personally like it, and then saying the entire season was bad because there weren't a ton of anime for them.
Edit: Galko-chan was also a really fun short last season. Aside from the comedy being great it's one of the few shorts that has actually gotten me attached to the characters in that time frame. I hope we get another season some day.

The most satisfying shows of winter for me were Galko and Konosuba. They both had an endearing cast of characters that really had me looking forward to them every week. And now I hope for US home video licenses to happen (a shame when my favorites of the season turn out more uncertain there...) Erased was memorable in how often it had me own edge, and there's some characters that really shine (particularly Satoru's mother Sachiko) in a satisfying way for me there too.

Did you actually watch it? It's a pretty good show. It's feels more like something made by Trigger.

This does not reflect what is most popular in Japan. What it does is sales of blu-ray / dvd. Those who vote in these surveys are children and adolescents.
