The voice sounds a little to low in pitch for this to be fully cute. Sounds like an 11 year-old boy, which brings the cute coefficient down to about 5 where the visual was an 8.

Well, the seiyuu is male. There are male seiyuus who get really high tones, but they sound rather cacophonic.
