Well it seems MTV is still going through with Shannara since it is displayed on their booth. Looks like they also released the first picture for the series.

Viz had the same display at Anime Expo, including the wall of shikishi. I asked one of the staffers if they had any intention of selling the sketches, and the teenage girl working there told me "If they did, I'd buy them all".
Sure you would, sweetie. Because they're only worth $5 each 
I'd hate to think that Viz would lock them up in the vault, or worse, trash them. |

The Peanuts Movie...I recall watching a YouTube video featuring a trailer of it ages earlier. From the looks of it, it seems that the production team is trying to render the movie in 3D computer-generated imagery while trying to maintain a 2D look. This modern-day version of Peanuts pretty much serves as a reminder that the presence of 2D animation is virtually dead in the U.S., at least in the movie industry.
