Hurray! Looking forward to pre-ordering this second part on rightstuf ASAP! The first set is awkwardly huge, but it is absolutely gorgeous!

This was a bit confusing at first but then I remembered that Char Aznable in this is not the Char Aznable we know from the TV series but the original and that Ikeda is still voicing Casval. Didn't expect to see Furuya back for Amuro though or at least this early into the project. Sayla's original VA is dead but Megumi Han (the daughter of the VA that played Lalah Sune) should be able to transition to the teenage Artesia fine.

I'm so glad to see Furuya back, I'm getting even more hyped for the second OVA episode. Can't wait to see Mirai too

I assume this second part will also get a dub, but I am a bit worried that the Right Stuf might not have sold enough copies of the $100-priced, special editions of the first volume.
There is a regular BD version in Japan for around $50 (I ordered that edition because I am not paying $100 if there is a cheaper option).
I hope the Right Stuff/Sunrise consider offering the less expensive, regular BD editions for the rest of the volumes.

I wonder who will voice Amuro in the English dub. Although I would like them to get Brad Swaile back

I'm not holding my breath considering they didn't get Richard Ian Cox for the brief Kai cameos in Unicorn. I'm still not a big fan of the Char recast which is surprising considering I loved Silverstein's Frontal.
If it does end up they've managed to get Swaile on board, I will thank the dubbing gods. In my opinion, Swaile and Kopsa are the English Amuro and Char. I might be biased though.

I feel the same way, but I think Silverstein is mostly fine.
I love seeing Furuya return, and am not surprised at all, because the man has barely aged since 1979. He has some kind of youth potion or something.
It's too bad this series is so blasted expensive. I guess I'll just rent it from Daisuki, like with the first episode.
