What if I'm in a hurry (like, say, to get to work) and I get pulled over by Homé-Pato? I'd be pretty annoyed.

I live in a place with such terrible drivers that there is a daily blog showing rude and/or dangerous incidents on the road though. Perhaps we do need something like Homé-Pato, as long as it's considerate enough to go away if the person, say, does not pull over within 60 seconds. (On the other hand, based on what people elsewhere tell me, we do have a strong designated driver program.)
