Now this sounds interesting. If it gets translated, I'd love to read it.

Well, count me as excited. Kino is the shit.
Hope it won't take too long for someone to translate it after it comes out.

The only thing that could possibly make me interested in anything SAO...Definitely want to read it if it gets translated.

Given how much I love Kinos Journey but hate SAO this is very odd news... Since it'll be all original characters there might be a good chance that it will be good against all odds but even WITH Sigsawa I can only have moderate expectations and hope this doesn't just wind up a cheap promotion gimmick.

I really liked Kino's Journey, wasn't a fond of what SAO turned into in the second half. I will pass.

Kino was amazing anime.
As for SAO, I couldn't watch more than first 13 - 14 episodes of the first season. It's that garbage. The only good thing about it are various rape / netorare fanarts and doujins with SAO girls. |

Hm, not sure how to feel about this. Never read nor watched Kino's Journey but I absolutely adore SAO. I'm optimistic though, new characters and more GGO can only be a good thing.

Screw that more kino adaptions is what's needed.

Sadly, it probably isn't. |

And this is the second reason why I would ever pick up a SAO/ALO/GGO/whatever novel after the nagging question of what exactly do they cover in the first volume of SAO (because several of the things that I thought were in the first volume are apparently in the second volume).

Right, because maybe he wanted to try something different with his writing he's obviously fallen in stature and merit. Or maybe he simply was intrigued by SAO and the possibility of writing something within that universe. Nah that can't be it. He just sucks now obviously. |

...ah, the SAO hate. While not superb, I can't even fathom how so many people treat it like cancer. It just doesn't make sense.
