Is that the same Katsura Hoshino from D. Gray Man? The link goes to her encyclopedia page, but it seems a huge jump to make from drawing manga to directing videogames

Nope definitely not. Different gender. Happens a lot with encyclopedia links.

That's what I was wondering as well because it just seems odd to me, but ANN usually adds other credits to their names in articles so I'd think they'd mention D.Gray Man as well.

It's Katsura Hashino that's the director, isn't it? Super confusing though.

Thanks for catching the bad link! The system automatically links some names, but I'll remove it.

This gets me really excited for the game, but I gotta get a PS4 first.

I actually don't own a PS3, only the Vita (Sony Product-wise), and since P5 isn't coming to the Vita, I'm getting the PS4 over the PS3 (Newer product + more exclusive games)

I can relate to the characters. I might become a phantom thief with them. Only I won't.

Thing is, the previous Persona games all dealt with interdimensional places only our characters could see--
Why would the authorities be going after them if they steal from there, and if they're going to places in our world, how do monsters show up?

Some insightful comments from Hashino. Looks like P5 will have more of a social commentary angle to the story than in previous games. I'll be curious as to how they'll tie into the supernatural elements. From the info in the other link, it also sounds like characters will have more a rebellious edge to them than the characters from P3 and P4. In any case, I'm glad Hashino and the rest of P5 team are going for something ambitious.
