INTEREST: Love Live's Collaborates with Kanda Myoujin Shrine This May

That's an interesting headpiece shown on the girls on the poster. I've seen a lot of anime, and hence a lot of shrine-related episodes, but I don't recall seeing anything like that.

Would anyone know if that headpiece/hat is part of a particular festival, perhaps? Or specific to that individual shrine?
