So, I did a quick search and couldn't find something pertaining to what I was interested in, so I figured I'd ask directly.

Is there any trustworthy site which either specialises or deals in selling japanese video games? There are a couple that I'd love to buy, and the only site I'm aware of is cdjapan.co.jp and jlist.com (though they seem to focus on eroge when they have video games.)

The reason I ask is because I'm interested in buying the limited edition psp steins;gate and cdjapan says they only have 1 in stock (..and I can't afford to buy it for another 2 weeks =[ )

I have heard good things about Play-Asia when it comes to importing Japanese and reserve importing English-language games. Another good site for Asian goods in general, including games is YesAsia.

Play Asia and Yes Asia are two that sell Video games~ And if it's preorder status or still newish still Ami Ami might have them~ Also Yamato Touch sell video games.

Or if your a cheap skate like me, i would Check Mandarake or Rakuten to see if they have it it used, usually for less money~

http://www.ncsxshop.com/cgi-bin/shop

I've ordered from NCSX a couple times, and they were pretty good.

Avoid Play-Asia like the plague.

NCSX all the way.

www.hmv.co.jp also ships overseas.
I generally find HMV and NCSX to be similar price-wise after shipping is added, for delivery to the U.S.

For delivery outside the U.S., NCSX may wind up more expensive than HMV, as well as slower for pre-orders, since it's going Japan to U.S. to you, rather than Japan to you in the case of HMV or cdjapan.

Another U.S.-located store is http://www.hypergameaction.com/
I've yet to try them, though.

If you aren't buying in bulk, you can try looking on Amazon.co.jp's marketplace, and then shipping the package through tenso.com. You can sometimes find some good deals by looking at what the third party sellers offer (and sometimes from Amazon itself), and that often covers up the shipping fees, which is often rather cheap if you ship only one or two lightweight items through tenso.com. It starts getting expensive when the weight increases, though.

For reference, regular BDs/games often weigh about 210g (by their count, at least), and costs 1,690 yen to ship to North America through tenso.com.

eBay is also another really good choice for video games, sellers there do act a middleman so there might be a slight markup, but I haven't had any problems with them.
