Why am I not getting e-mails whenever someone makes a new post in a thread/topic that I am watching?
Note: Yes I do have Always notify me of replies enabled, and I know I am watching the threads/topics I post in.

I already checked my spam folder, still no e-mails. This has been an issue going on for many months, not new.
I hope someone out there can explain what's going on (or how to fix this?)

hm, I don't have any other explanation for ya, try using a different email address (go to forum setting under forum tab and click on "go here to change your email address or password") and imput the new email address and see if any email notification goes through that. If it doesn't work, then that's the best I can give ya.

That didn't work sadly, but thanks for trying to help.
Hopefully someone else here will figure it out.

OK, that's weird. The only last explanation I could think of is maybe when you set up the firewall to target something but accidentally block ANN email as a by-product when setting up the firewall. The firewall setup is too complicated for me to understand so you're going to need to test the email by using another IP address or turn off the firewall to see if it work.

If Toddler Naruto has webmail, then fiddling with the firewall won't work.

I have seen anti-virus software (Norton and Mcafee) scanning webmail. So I thought it could be possible firewall can effect incoming email. That's my 2 cent, I could be wrong, but I'm just giving Toddler Naruto my 2 cent.

What do you think is causing this? Can firewall that integrate with webmail affect incoming email??

Nope definitely not a firewall/antivirus or anti whatever problem. I only have Windows Firewall installed/running, nothing else.
As far as webmail, I am using gmail, what other way of email is there?
I have bad feeling I might have to abandon this account and create a new one, sigh.

Other then gmail, try using other email (ie: Yahoo) and test it out. If that doesn't work, then turn off the Window firewall (be cautious that turning off the firewall will leave you vulnerable to viruses and hackers) and see that will help.

We discovered a problem on our end that is probably responsible for this. It's easy to fix and will be taken care of soon.
