You might want to be careful with capitalizing 'new' so that it's not mistaken for being specifically a 'New Nintendo 3DS' game, instead of a standard 3DS game.

I'm surprised they don't just make these games be essentially NBA Street 2 but with magic. I was pretty shocked that find out that being able to move your character was a new feature over the old version.

With Free getting a dub, I would like to think that Kuroko has a shot at that and maybe a game being localised since translating a mostly VN game (the first 3DS game) or this should be pretty easy.

I'll be sure to import it if it seems good as Mario Slam Basketball.

A really good point.
Something like "Gets A Second" or "Gets Another" or even "Kuroko's Basketball Gets Action Nintendo 3DS Game" would work. The article makes it clear when you read it but I can see a lot of confusion coming from Nintendo's most strange name choice yet and the habit to use the word "New" as often as possible.
